Com­pon­ents for auto­no­mous robots and assi­s­tan­ce sys­tems in Indus­try 4.0

How to make auto­no­mous mate­ri­al hand­ling wit­hin pro­duc­tion and logistics envi­ron­ment more fle­xi­ble, favor­able and effi­ci­ent? This ques­ti­on was rai­sed by the start-up Intra­lo­gistic Robo­tics and the­re­fo­re deve­lops solu­ti­on in terms of indus­tri­al soft­ware, hard­ware and ser­vice com­pon­ents. The com­pon­ents assist with both, the rea­li­za­ti­on of assi­s­tan­ce sys­tems and the auto­ma­ti­on in the ran­ge of in-house logistics.

Our soft­ware for self-loca­li­za­ti­on, as well the com­pon­ents of intel­li­gent rou­te plan­ning and fleet manage­ment are used in and for auto­no­mous vehi­cles, so-cal­led Auto­ma­ted Gui­ded Vehi­cles (AGV). AGVs are smart, auto­no­mous trans­port sys­tems for logistics ope­ra­ti­ons.

We, the start-up of Intra­lo­gistic Robo­tics, are part of the grow plat­form GmbH – the intern­al­ly acting incu­ba­tor, the plat­form for start-ups and an open space for entre­pre­neurs insi­de of the Robert Bosch GmbH. We are focu­sed on radi­cal ide­as in order to deve­lop new, sustainab­le and pro­fi­ta­ble busi­ness in new mar­kets for Bosch. In doing so, we work clo­se­ly with exis­ting busi­ness and pilot custo­mers, and enter the mar­ket ear­ly being able to deve­lop pro­duct and busi­ness model explo­ra­tively.

  • Expe­ri­ence: You have pro­found know­ledge in pro­gramming and ide­al­ly in the admi­nis­tra­ti­on dis­tri­bu­t­ed sys­tems — pre­fer­a­b­ly in the field of inter­ac­tive robo­tics. Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on pro­to­cols of dis­tri­bu­t­ed sys­tems (DDS, ROS, OPC-UA, etc.) are known to and ide­al­ly can be app­lied by you. Terms like cloud ser­vices and Docker are fami­li­ar to you. The use of modern ver­si­on con­trol sys­tems, e.g. git, sub­ver­si­on ormake, as well as agi­le working and deve­lo­ping methods, in par­ti­cu­lar Scrum, are part of your dai­ly busi­ness.
